She is licensed to supervise LMSW therapists and graduate students in the State of Maryland. Bree is in network with Carefirst BCBS and Cigna.

Kaitlin Widerman, LCPC

Kaitlin is a licensed therapist who has been in the field for 10 years. She works with youth and adults struggling with self harm, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and executive dysfunction. She holds a Masters Degree from Loyol University. Kaitlin is In-Network with BCBS, United and Cigna. She also accepts self-pay and out of network benefits for therapy services.

Kayla Kitler, Intern

Kayla is enrolled at Walden University in their Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program. She is required to obtain 700+ hours working as a therapist before graduating from her program. Kayla receives weekly Clinical Supervision in addition to her internship coursework and ample training opportunities. She is passionate about working with depression, anxiety, couples, ages 10+, and self-esteem. She is in network with Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna/Evernorth. Kayla is telehealth only at this time.

Neena Prabhu, LCPC

Neena is a licensed therapist who specializes in working with children and adults who have depression, anxiety and trauma. By using therapy techniques tailored to each individual client, Neena seeks to create a secure space for her clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors. Along with TF-CBT and ACT, Neena utilizes mindfulness strategies and encourages her clients to pursue a holistic approach to their health. Neena is In-Network with BCBS, United and Cigna. She also accepted self-pay and out of network benefits for therapy services.

Reese is an out and proud trans man who loves helping people navigate their mental health and life. Reese is in network with Cigna and Carefirst BCBS. If you do not hold one of these plans, self pay rates are $135 per appointment. Reese is supervised by Jennifer Lewis, LCSW-C.

She is in network with Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna/Evernorth. Sabria sees clients in person and virtually.
