We have had great success with virtual therapy. Due to the private nature of our time together, we do request you to be in a private location when in session that is free of distractions, such as a bedroom or private office. Coffee shops or restaurants are not a good fit. It is okay if you would like to tune in from your car, but you must be parked. Non-clients may not be in the same room as you during telehealth sessions unless you have obtained written consent from your therapist, prior to the session.
