Thrive Therapy Maryland
Suzanne Lurski, Graduate-Level Intern
Hi, I’m Suzanne, and I’m glad you’re here!
Few things are harder than taking the first step, and I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey. My passion is in helping others navigate the ups and downs in their lives until they reach their goals. I believe each person is wholly unique and shaped by their lived experiences, relationships, spirituality, and culture.
I consider therapy to be an opportunity to provide a safe, non-judgmental space that opens the door for deeper self-awareness and personal growth. I treat the therapy relationship as a collaboration in which you are the expert on your life and experiences, and I meet you with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based tools to help you find empowerment and healing.
My approach is integrative, focused on Person-Centered Therapy, and draws on other techniques that best fit each client, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness.
I am currently pursuing my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Marymount University.
I look forward to listening to your story and learning together as you further develop your strengths and find lasting change.

Suzanne is INN with Cigna, United Healthcare, Kaiser and Carefirst BCBS. Self Pay and OON rates are available.
