Hannah Parsons, Graduate-Level Intern

Hi, I’m Hannah—I’m so glad you’re here!

My background includes working closely with children and adolescents in school settings, providing one-on-one support to students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and a range of behavioral and developmental needs. I support students both academically and emotionally, helping them navigate challenges, build coping skills, and feel more confident in themselves.

I’m especially interested in working with children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, neurodivergence, family challenges, life transitions, and performance-related stress.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, and humanistic approaches. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. You bring your experiences and goals, and I bring support, curiosity, and tools to help you move forward. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported as you build confidence and learn more about yourself.

I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Elizabethtown College. I look forward to working together and supporting you on your journey!
