Thrive Therapy Maryland
Jasmine Johnson, Graduate-Level Intern
Hi, I’m Jasmine—it’s a pleasure to meet you!
My early professional experience includes case management, group crisis intervention, and resource planning with incarcerated individuals across Maryland. These experiences shaped my deep understanding of resilience and the importance of personalized support.
I am passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and those impacted by incarceration. My therapeutic approach is rooted in creating a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where we can build a comprehensive understanding of your experiences. Together, we’ll explore techniques to help you reach your goals and foster meaningful growth in your life!

Currently, I’m pursuing a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The Chicago School. At Thrive, I work under the guidance of multiple supervisors and participate in weekly clinical skills training. My goal is to expand my knowledge and learn new skills that will aid in providing the best care for you!

I look forward to working with you on your journey!
