Giovania is enrolled at Bowie State University in their Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program. She is required to obtain 1000 hours working as a therapist before graduating from her program. Giovania receives weekly Clinical Supervision in addition to her internship coursework and ample training opportunities. She is passionate about working with depression, anxiety, and children. She is in network with Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna/Evernorth. Giovania sees clients in person and virtually. She is supervised by Jennifer Lewis.

Kaitlin is a licensed therapist who has been in the field for 10 years. She works with youth and adults struggling with self harm, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and executive dysfunction. She holds a Masters Degree from Loyola University. Kaitlin is In-Network with BCBS and United. She also accepts self-pay and out of network benefits for therapy services.

Kayla receives weekly Clinical Supervision in addition to her internship coursework and ample training opportunities. She is passionate about working with depression, anxiety, couples, ages 10+, and self-esteem. She is in network with United, Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna/Evernorth. Kayla has a hybrid work schedule including in person and virtual appointments. She is supervised by Brianna Ford.

Mathilde Govers, LGPC

Mathilde is a Licensed Graduate Therapist who works with a wide array of presenting issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, LGBTQ+ care, OCD, Eating Disorders, Family Counseling, Couples Counseling, Chronic Stress, Ages 7+, Life Transitions, and Self-Esteem. She utilizes DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and EFFT with clients. She is in network with Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, United, and Cigna/Evernorth. Mathilde works in person at our Greenbelt office and virtually. She is supervised by Brianna Ford.

Neena Prabhu, LCPC

Neena is a licensed therapist who specializes in working with children and adults who have depression, anxiety and trauma. By using therapy techniques tailored to each individual client, Neena seeks to create a secure space for her clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors. Along with TF-CBT and ACT, Neena utilizes mindfulness strategies and encourages her clients to pursue a holistic approach to their health. Neena is In-Network with BCBS, United and Cigna. She utilizes CBT, DBT, ACT, Schema Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy with clients aged 16+. She is in network with United. Rachel works virtually. Self pay rates are $150 per appointment.
