Group Therapy:
Now Enrolling!

The end of a romantic relationship can be overwhelming. It’s the end of a chapter, which can lead to emotional exhaustion and raise self-esteem issues. If you’re facing this challenge in the relationship and still struggling to find yourself, you’re not alone. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

This February, we’re launching Women Navigating Self-Esteem After Relationship Separation, a virtual counseling and interpersonal support group designed to help you navigate separations from long-term relationships and their implications for your mental well-being and self-esteem. This group offers a supportive space to understand what you’re experiencing, connect with others who truly get it, and build skills that help you feel more grounded, empowered, and in control.

Wednesdays from February 18 - April 1st

7pm - 8pm Virtually

Insurance and self-pay accepted.
