Mirinda Keane, LMSW

Life can oftentimes feel overwhelming and I'd like to acknowledge this courageous first step you've taken toward support and growth, welcome. My name is Mirinda and I am a licensed social worker, here to help support you with your healing journey. I work with adults across the lifespan wanting to heal from things like complex trauma, eating disorders, poor/negative body image, and a variety of mood disorders. I am a certified trauma professional and emphasize the importance of the therapeutic relationship throughout our work together. Working alongside me may look like learning how to love yourself: through unlearning the dysfunctional/unsustainable patterns you may have learned to survive that no longer are helpful, to challenging you against your anxious thoughts---I'm here (and of course for all of life's beauty, too!).

My passion is helping people reclaim their parts in their relationships. With food, people, their bodies, their passions, and the world. Although it can feel overwhelming to sort through any and all of the above on your own, my goal is to provide you with a consistent, warm, and safe place to share your thoughts and learn ways to improve them all in a way that feels good for you. My practice involves meeting you where you're at and supporting you through realignment with yourself through self-compassion, humor, and humanity.

Outside of session, you can find me with my chosen family, 2 cats, and a puppy! Usually somewhere outside and turning towards the sun! My hobbies/interests include reading, gardening, going for long walks with a podcast, people watching, and farmers markets. And I'm eager to help you find yours!

Mirinda is in network with United, Cigna/Evernorth, and Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) for individual therapy. Self Pay rates for are $135 per appointment.
