We believe you should make good money for the work that you do. Every employee who has joined our team has received a significant raise when compared to their former position.

W-2 Paychecks

Date of Service Based Pay
​​​​No more waiting on insurance payments! You are paid in full based on the Date of Service, not based on when Insurance or the client pays their balance.

CEU and Licensing Reimbursement​

​Up to $250 per year for full-timers

​​​Build Your Own Schedule
We believe your best work is done during the hours you deem to be best for work! We allow you to choose the hours you regularly work. We do not require weekends or nights! We allow you to decide your hours.
 
Control Your Caseload
​We give you full reign over the clients you decide to work with vs. refer elsewhere. We respect your judgement and boundaries; we do not add clients to your list when you say your caseload is full!

Work In-Office or At Home
We have spacious, tastefully decorated in-person offices available for your use in addition to a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

Clinical Supervision
​Clinical Supervision is included for all pre-licensed employees. Clinical Supervisors have paid opportunities to teach and train our clinicians!
